I am available for sessions Monday - Thursday from 10 am - 6 pm.
Client sessions start on the hour. Please email or connect with me to ask about specific availability. -
You can contact me through my contact page or schedule a free 20-minute virtual consultation where we can discuss your needs and see if we are a good fit!
-
A consultation is a free 20-minute virtual call where we can explore if you and I are a good fit; does our vibes, needs, and goals align? I love to chat with folks prior to their first session to discuss logistics, ask questions, and gauge mutual comfort. You deserve to feel confident and comfortable in choosing your therapist! There is no obligation to work with me.
A consultation is not a therapy session

Your session time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or where you arrive more than 15 minutes late, will be charged $75.
No-shows with no notice will be charged the full session fee.
-
I highly recommend most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum and consistency. I am always open to collaborating with you if a different frequency at the beginning is needed. Naturally, as we work on your goals and create change, we can shift to biweekly or monthly sessions as recommended.
-
Therapy length depends on your goals. Some clients benefit in a few sessions, while others choose long-term support. Therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes long.
-
No, I am not a medication provider. Many of my clients find medication supportive, while many of them also progress well in therapy without medication. If you want to be evaluated for psychiatric medication, either contact your primary care physician or a psychiatrist. If you are already taking medication, I can coordinate care with your provider as needed.
Understanding payment and insurance options:
-
$175 per 50-minute session for individuals
$215 per 50-minute session for families.
If you are using insurance, please see the section below.
-
Yes! I am in-network with a select number of insurance companies for my services (see insurance section for specific providers).
New clients are responsible for calling their insurance companies to find their copays and deductibles before starting services.
I ask that you provide your full insurance information and your insurance card upon your initial visit (or before, if possible).
Heads up: I am currently credentialing with insurance companies and may not be able to bill your insurance at this time. Please reach out for more details and payment options.
-
Please call your insurance carrier to determine whether you have mental health coverage. Check your coverage carefully and make sure you understand their answers. Some helpful questions you can ask them:
What are my mental health benefits?
What is my coverage amount per therapy session?
How many therapy sessions does my plan cover?
How much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider?
Is pre-approval/pre-authorization required before seeking services?
If this is required by your insurance, it is your responsibility to obtain this authorization before our first appointment.
-
Yes I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots. Please feel free to contact me or make sure to bring this up in our consultation to discuss further details if there is availability.
-
Copays (if using insurance) and out-of-pocket amounts are due at the time of service. Payment will be processed through SimplePractice using the credit card and/or debit card information you submit during your first session.
